Mr. V. Ramanathan is a highly qualified Civil Engineer with aroundfourdecades of extensive experience in the construction industry. He becameassociated with GATEWAY in 2010, driven by a clear vision to deliverreliable, high-quality civil contracting and integrated construction solutions.
He brings with him a proven track record of successfully executing andcompleting a wide spectrum of construction projects. Mr. Ramanathan wasassociated with a reputed civil contracting organization, where he gainedmore than 12 years of hands-on field experience, building strong expertisein project execution, site management, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Over the course of his distinguished career, he has led and managed diverseprojects including industrial buildings, residential and commercialcomplexes, institutional buildings, luxury bungalows, and multi-storiedapartment developments. His professional portfolio also includes thesuccessful execution of projects for public sector oil companies, demonstratinghis ability to meet stringent standards of quality, safety, and regulatorycompliance.
Mr. Ramanathan has worked closely with several leading architects andconsultants in the construction industry, ensuring seamless coordination andefficient project delivery. He possesses up-to-date technical knowledge andinnovative construction practices across all areas of civil engineering,including allied services such as plumbing & sanitary systems, HVAC, andelectrical works. In addition, he has strong capabilities in interior design andexecution projects of any scale, enabling GATEWAY to offer clients a trulyintegrated, turnkey solution.
